MetaMask (Android)

This tutorial provides step-by-step instructions on how to connect your BSC wallet to the Elongate Discord using the MetaMask mobile app for Android.

What You Need Before You Connect

If you are experiencing trouble or problems with this guide, please read the Collab.Land Troubleshooting page before asking for help.

• You must be a verified member of the Elongate Discord (discord.gg/elongate)

• A BNB Smart Chain (BSC) compatible wallet on MetaMask.

• IMPORTANT: Ensure the BNB Smart Chain (BSC) network is selected in your wallet app.

Step A - Initiate Connection

1. Go to the #collabland-join channel on the Elongate Discord.

2. Select the "Let's go!" button.

3. Select the "Connect Wallet" button.

4. A warning may appear, select "Yep!"

5. You will now see a page to connect your wallet. Select "WalletConnect", then select "Connect", and then select "MetaMask".

Step B - Confirm Connection

If the Sign Message step is not working, please read the sign message troubleshooting guide.

1. You should be redirected to the MetaMask app. A prompt should appear requesting access, select "Connect"

2. You will be redirected to the Discord app browser. Select "Sign Message". An app selection menu may appear, select the "MetaMask" app, then select "Sign".

3. Return to the Discord app browser. You should now see a confirmation message that your wallet is connected. You will now receive your roles in Discord. It may take up to 2 minutes to update in Discord.
